PRON: AX7F5127AX, NSN: 1615-01-507-5294, P/N: 7-311340001-9, NOUN: Gearbox Tail, Rotor, Quantity: 200 each with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 applicable to AH-64 Airframe. Production Lead-time with First Article Testi ng is 330 Days After Contract Award (DACA). When First Article Testing is not applicable 220 Days After Contract Award (DACA). When Alternate II clause is recommended Production-Lead time is 275 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The Government does not h ave adequate data, lacks rights to data or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. The restricted sources are; The Purdy Corporation Cage Code 15152 and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company Cage Code 8V613. All offerors must meet prequ alification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Foreign Firms are re minded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of releas e for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
