- USA-SNOTE-071012-002, Solicitation number; W900KK-07-SETA.This notice is issued for three purposes; 1) A formal determination has been issued directing this requirement be 100 percent set-aside for small businesses, 2) A pre-solicitation conference w ill be held Friday 30 November 2007, and 3) The organizational conflict of interest clause is clarified. Results of the Governments market research has resulted in a reasonable expectation of obtaining offers from two or more responsible small business co ncerns that are competitive in terms of market prices, quality, and delivery. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330 with a small business size standard of $25 Mil for this acquisition. There will be a pre-solicitation con ference for the PEO STRI SETA Recompete on Friday 30 November 2007 from 0900 to 1200 hours. The pre-solicitation conference will be held at the Orange county convention center, International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819. Each company is restricted to five att endees (prime and subcontractors combined) at the pre-solicitation conference due to the size of the meeting space. All potential offerors attending the pre-solicitation conference must make reservations in writing to; christie.p.martinez@us.army.mil . Pro vide company name, attendee names, telephone number, and email address in your reservation request. TELEPHONE RESERVATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. A list of attendees will be posted to the PEO STRI website. The resultant contract will contain an organization al conflict of interest (OCI) clause that will limit the awardee and its subcontractors from participating in any other PEO STRI contracts. Furthermore, Offerors shall submit with its proposal a mitigation plan acceptable to the contracting officer that id entifies all existing efforts with PEO STRI and the means the offeror will use to mitigate any OCI issues. The mitigation plan shall include the prime and its subcontractors. Comments and questions as they relate to the draft documents posted to the websit e below are still sought and most welcome. The subject line for all cor respondence shall be SETA 2008 Recompete. This notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for information solicited.
