Small Business Set-Aside: Veteran-Owned Small Business
Description: The USPFO for Texas, Texas Army National Guard, has a requirement for services that would provide a historical account of the 136th Combat Aviation Brigade. Deliverables would include but not limited to a (1) video,(2) a written documentary to in clude photographs, and (3) an oil painting. Source selection will be utilized in selecting a vendor. Commercial evaluation factors will be utilized and stated in the request for proposal. Solicitation will be issued on or about 1 December 2007. This pro curement will be set aside for small veteran owned firms only.
