- This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). THIS IS A SYNOPSIS AS REQUIRED BY FAR PART 5.2 ? THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. If funds become available, an award will be made to the lowest responsive, technically acceptable, responsible offeror without discussions. 45 CONS/LGCB has a requirement for the analysis, design and development of equal opportunity training at the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI), Patrick AFB, Florida. This requirement shall include full-service design, development, and project management needed to create custom solutions for classroom, web, and blended training programs. This service will be conducted at Patrick AFB, FL. The period of performance will begin on a mutually agreed upon date, with an estimated completion of one (1) year from that date. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. FA2521-08-T-0013 is issued as a Request for Proposal and will have a fully detailed Statement of Work (SOW) explaining in depth what this requirement entails. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 8748, business size of $6.5M and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 611710. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 19 November 2007 at www.fbo.gov. Proposals may be submitted via hard copy, fax (321-494-5136) or e-mail. NO HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON.
