- This procurement is a total 100% set-aside for SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSB). Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tooling, equipment, and supervision necessary to install alarms and emergency shut-off valves on the condensate and dearator tanks located in the boiler plant at the James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center, 2907 Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, PA 16602. The cost range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 811310 with a respective business size standard of $6.5 million. The solicitation documents, drawings, and specifications can only be obtained from FedBiz Ops. A bid bond or irrevocable letter of credit will be required from bidders at the time of bid submission. Performance and payment bonds will be required from the winning bidder prior to the work start date. No electronic offers will be accepted.
