- Description
- Screening Information Request (SIR) No. DTFACT-08-R-00002 is attached to procure aircraft transportation services for passengers from Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). The normal flight schedule shall include 6 round trips per week (2 each day) Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; some Monday and/or Friday flights maybe required with advanced notification (see statement of work for details). It is anticipated that approximately 432 round trip flights per year will be ordered. The flight program, certification, aircraft requirements, and source selection criteria are identified in the attached SIR. The Technical Center is located next to the Atlantic City International Airport, New Jersey 08405; the overall period of performance will be five (5) years. Services will commence 2/1/08. A single, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), firm fixed contract is anticipated. Technical and price proposals shall be required to be submitted. This is a full and open competitive requirement. The NAICS code for this requirement is "481111 (Scheduled Passenger Air Transportation), with a size standard of 1500 employees. The incumbent contractor is Corporate Flight Management, Incorporated.
