- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, National Acquisitions Section, intends to issue a solicitation for 9mm standard weapons for basic Correctional Officer Training and Correctional Officer duties that require the issuance of a sidearm. The Contractor shall provide 9mm standard weapons to various BOP locations throughout the United States, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico on an as needed basis. This solicitation will result in a single award, indefinite delivery, requirements type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The term of the contract will include a one year base period and four one year option periods. The estimated quantities for the base year period and each subsequent option year period are 350 standard pistols each year. The Base Year period will be from date of award through 12 months; Option Year One period shall be from 13 months through 24 months; Option Year Two period shall be from 25 months through 36 months; Option Year Three period shall be from 37 months through 48 months; and Option Year Four period shall be from 49 months through 60 months.
