- Description
- The purpose of this synopsis is to post a presolicitation, Request for Information and draft Performance Work Statement for industry comments. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has a requirement for warehouse management services that is located within 35 miles of 500 C Street, SW, Washington, DC. The Contractor will provide all labor, materials, and facilities necessary to perform these services as described in the attached Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is May 1, 2008 through April 30, 2009 with 4 one-year options, as unilaterally determined by the Government, for the continuation of these services. The North American Industry Codes (NAICS) for this procurement is 493110 and the size standard is $21.5 million. This is a total small business 8(a) set aside. The Wage Determination Number is 2005-2104, Revision 5 dated 7/05/2007. Funds are not currently available at this time and FAR 52.232-18, Subject to the Availability of Funds, applies.
