No other sources are listed in the AID. This is a Firm Fixed Buy for 25 each for the base and no option. No technical data package is available at DSCR for this NSN. This requirement will be issue as an Unrestricted Other Than Full and Open Competition. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Delivery is equal to price.
