- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Net Centric Services Branch, Hardware Section (DITCO-PL8322), Scott AFB, IL, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to 3 S Group Inc., 125 Church St, NE, Suite 204, Vienna, VA 22180, for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only notice. This acquisition for the GS-293, DMS Division is for the acquisition of Warranty Renewal and 1-Year Technical Support Coverage for T2CSS Boards to consist of the following: (1) PROVIDE UPDATES, UPGRADES AND FIXES TO T2CSS BOARD FIRMWARE, PROVIDE HOST SOFTWARE, LIBRARIES,AND DRIVERS, HOST SECURITY MANAGER AND T2CSS ADMINISTRATION SOFTWARE. (2) PROVIDE TELEPHONE HOTLINE SUPPORT M-F (9am-6pm et) FOR HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ISSUES INCLUDING SUPPORT FOR INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION, SOFTWARE PATCHES, BETA RELEASES AND TEST SUPPORT. (3) PROVIDE 24x7 ACCESS TO ON-LINE INFORMATION, FAQs AND TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE AVAILABLE VIA THE WEBSITE. (4) PROVIDE ON-LINE ACCESS FOR VIEWING AND DOWNLOADING OF CURRENT PRODUCT DOCUMENTATION, SOFTWARE PATCHES, BETA RELEASES, AND MINOR UPDATES.
