- One-time bid contract for DHS, U.S. Customs & Border Protection: Contract is for printing, production and delivery of 10,005 looseleaf books, each consisting of 440 two-color pages, 18 tab dividers and a contractor-furnished 3-ring binder. Product page size is 140 x 191 mm (5-1/2 x 7-1/2 inches). Required contract operations include copy pickup; Quality Level 3 lithographic printing; drilling; Mylar reinforcement of dividers; (sub)contractor provision, Quality Level 3 full-coverage four-color process printing of paper/laminate-clad three-ring binder featuring square spine back; round outside back with portfolio closure (using magnetic snaps); proofs; press inspection; assembly; addressing/mailing to 707 nationwide addresses; bulk shipping to four addresses.
