- Description
- This notice will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract. This competitive acquisition is 100% 8(a) set aside. This requirement is for full facility management services, operations and maintenance, custodial, preventative maintenance, service calls, mechanical maintenance repair/architectural repair, snow removal, trash/rubbish/removal/recycling, carpet cleaning, landscape, window washing, and blind cleaning. The facility support services will be performed in the following facilities: PO/CT, Athens, GA; R.G. Stephens FB, Athens, GA; William Augustus Bootle FB/CT, Macon, GA; PO/CT, Columbus, GA; O&M only FB/PO/CT, Valdosta, GA; Janitorial only SSA, Warner Robins, and Cordele GA. The contract term will include a base (12 month) period plus four (4) 12 month option periods. The project magnitude is between $4,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. NAICS code is 561210, size standard is 32.5 million. Anticipated solicitation issue date on or about 11/08/07.
