Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SSCSD) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. N66001-08-R-0014 for the award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract to provide Lifecycle support services in support of SSCSD Command Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Programs, Philadelphia (See Attached Draft SOW). The period of performance for the contract will be for a base period of three (3) years, one (1) two-year Award Term, and a three (3) year Award Term. The estimated level of effort for the potential 8-year period of performance is 2,683,264 hours. This is a full and open competition, anticipated to result in the award of a single contract. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330. The incumbent contractor is Lockheed Martin (N00140-03-D-E601). A Bidders Mailing List will not be established and hard copies of documents will not be provided. The solicitation will only be available electronically on the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command E-Commerce Web Page at https://e- commerce.spawar.navy.mil under SSC San Diego - Open Solicitations. Any amendments, when issued, will also be available only on this web site. Issuance of the solicitation is estimated for 20 Nov 2007.
