- The Bureau of Reclamation Snake River Area Office-West has a requirement for one Tiger Truck at Black Canyon Dam in Emmett, ID. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format at FAR 12.6, as supplemented in accordance with the format included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being issued as 08SQ110025; and proposals (including the completed FAR 52.212-03 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, if not registered in ORCA) are due on November 16, 2007. The RFQ incorporates revisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-20. This is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 336112 Light Truck and Utility Vehicle Manufacturing, the small business standard is 1,000 employees. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation on or about November 20, 2007, that is most advantageous and of best value to the Government.
