Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quote (RFQ) for all labor, supplies, materials, and equipment necessary to perform Mowing and Maintenance services at Caesar Creek Lake in Waynesville, OH. Services will be from 01 January 2008 thru 31 December 2008. This RFQ contai ns an option clause to extend the contract for four one-year periods. If the options to extend are exercised, the four one-year periods will be from 01 January 2009 thru 31 December 2009, 01 January 2010 thru 31 December 2010, 01 January 2011 thru 31 Dece mber 2011, and 01 January 2012 thru 31 December 2012. NOTE: This procurement is 100% set aside for small business, NAICS 561210 ($32.5 million). Award for this procurement will be based on lowest quote. This RFQ has an approximate issue date of 31 Oc tober 2007 and a due date of 5 December 2007 at 2:00 PM (local time). This RFQ is downloadable from the FedTeDS website only.
