- Description
- The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to renovate masonry building 486 to include demolition of interior and exterior walls, suspended ceiling, and carpet. Also includes, but not limited to, construction of soundproof walls, new suspended ceiling system and other finishes, new child restroom, exterior storefront unit, new HVAC system and electrical systems to support the project. The range of the project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Procurement is s et-aside for HUBZone Businesses only. NAICS is 236220 with a size standard of $31,000,000.
