Description

J066?SERVICES NON-PERSONAL: REPAIR SERVICES necessary to accomplish REPAIR of E3A Mach and Indicator. Smiths Aerospace, Clearwater, FL. will be solicited as the only know approved source of repair. Contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and ALL MATERIAL to accomplish repair, test, packing, preservation and packaging and return to the government in accordance with the work specifications contained in the contract, the items of Air Force Equipment listed below. A Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract is contemplated for a Basic Year plus Four (4) One-Year Options. The items and Estimated Quantities are as follows: CLIN 0001: NSN 6610-01-010-4516; P/N WL111AMAJA-5; Noun: Mach and Indicator; Estimated Qty; 10 ea. Basic Year, 10 ea. Option I, 10 ea. Option II, 10 ea. Option III and 10 ea. Option IV. CLIN 0002; Over and Above Work as required. CLIN 0003; Data and Reports. Deliveries applicable to each CLIN are to be made at the rate of 1 each per month beginning 30 days ARO and Reparables. Ship To addresses will be provided when serviceable assets are ready to be shipped. Award may include options. No telephone request. Only written or faxed request received directly from the requestor are acceptable. ALL responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered.
