- The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach, CA has a requirement for Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in the Whittier/Santa Fe Springs, CA area. The contractor is to provide primary care, mental health and telemental services. Resulting Contract shall be a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The Contractor will furnish healthcare providers, medical facilities, medical equipment and all administrative functions to fulfill the level of care and range of services necessary to meet the contracted CBOC services. The contractor facility must provide service exclusively to veterans only. The contract will include a base year (one year from date of award), with four (4) one-year renewal options that can be exercised at the discretion of the Government.
