- Management and Training Corporation is soliciting cost proposals to provide Laboratory Testing services at the Hawaii Job Corps Center in Waimanalo, HI and Maui Job Corps Center in Makawao, Maui, HI. The subcontract will be awarded for the base term period covering December 1, 2007 through April 30, 2009 with (three) one year option years.
