- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Immigration and Customs Enforcement, intends to award a Sole Source contract to US Investigations Services (USIS), 7799 Leesburg Pike, Suite 400 South, Falls Church, VA. The purposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit with only one source in accordance with FAR 6.302-2. This procurement is for Administrative Support Services for the Office of the Assistant Secretary. No solicitation will be issued. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. Performance period is from date of award through January 15, 2008. Award is anticipated on or about November 16, 2007. Interested firms may email capability statements to the attention of Nadine Payne at nadine.payne@dhs.gov. Capability statements must be received within 10 days from publication of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
