- Description
- The purpose of this announcement is to make public the performance decision of the streamlined study under the full OMB Circular A-76 Study of the HRSAs Health Care Systems Bureau (HSB) Administrative/Clerical and Program Analysis Functions. Pursuant to OMB Circular A-76, on June 12, 2007 public notification was made to announce the streamlined study of the Health Resources and Services Administrations HSB Administrative/Clerical and Program Analysis Functions. On October 25, 2007, the streamlined study form was reviewed by the Agency Tender, and certified by the Contracting Officer, indicating the studys completion. Therefore, the Contracting Officer is announcing the performance decision for the function and operation of the HAB Administrative/Clerical and Program Analysis Functions should remain in-house (performed by the incumbent Government personnel in their Most Efficient Organizational structure). Based on this decision the Contracting Officer will execute a letter of obligation with the Program Manager of the performing activity.
