- Description
- This modification to a previous notice is written to correct the set-aside classification from a total small business set-aside to an unrestricted procurement. In addition, for clarification purposes, the correct guaranteed minimum and maximum dollar values as well as the correct number of evaluation factors and PDMs are shown below. The anticipated date of solicitation availability is also correct to read on or around November 15, 2007. The Berry Amendment and the Buy American Act apply. Contractor must have a Goverment Cage Code and must be an active registrant in CCR and DIBBS.
