- Description
- The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Region 4 requires consulting, training and facilitation services to design and implement an organizational leadership model fostering senior and mid-level management team-building, alignment with our national Strategic Action Plans, and development/ implementation of our National Human Capital Strategy Plan. Services required include constructive team meeting facilitation; strategic planning and team-building; an analysis of individual strengths of management team members; and executive coaching. Technical proposals will be evaluated to establish a competitive range; those offers in the competitive range will be scheduled to make oral presentations to the Source Selection Board in Atlanta, GA within one week of receipt of offers. Offerors who are not available during that timeframe need not submit offers. Award for this project will be made based on availability of year-end FY07 or early FY08. Performance period is 455 calendar days from NTP. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-SEP-2007).
