- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for Contact Assembly. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12 commercial acquisition procedures utilizing best value evaluation of offers. The Government requires the following Electrical Receptacle Connectors: Two (2) each NSN 5935LL1089635 ? Part / Drawing Number: WC6A12-088PW054; Two (2) each NSN 5935LL1040462 ? Part Drawing Number WC6A12-088PX054; Two (2) each NSN 5935LL1090998 ? Part Number WC6A12-088PY054; Two (2) each NSN 5935LL1090999 ? Part Number WC6A12-088PZ054; Two (2) each NSN 5935LL1090995 ? Part Number WC6A10-088PN054; Two (2) each NSN 5935LL1091211 ? Part Number C210104SA0BN; Delivery of items to be within 30 days after date of contract award. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345. Inspection and Acceptance is at Destination. When issued, the RFP will be posted electronically on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO). Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. It is anticipated that the solicitation package will be available for download via the NECO website (https://www.neco.navy.mil/) on or about 31 OCT 2007. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFP/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer non-responsive and result in reje ction of the same. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation, and (3) ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). NECO Numbered note 1 applies.
