- Replacement spud sheaves. The procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The following NAICS code 423510 will apply with a Small Business Size Standard of 100 EMPLOYEES. The Solicitation will not be available in paper format from the Government. Solicitation will be availa ble on or about October 29, 2007. All documents required for submitting an offer, including acknowledgement of any Amendments to the Solicitation, shall be submitted in hard copy to the Government. The date and time for receipt of offers will be 9 Novemb er 2007, 3:30 PM. CST. It is the responsibility of all offerors to monitor the FedBizOps web site (using the above Internet website address link), for any Amendments to the Solicitation. All interested offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entit y Code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, prior to submitting an offer. No contract award can be made until this requirement is met. Offerors who are not already registered in the CC R database are highly encouraged to do so by accessing the following Internet website address: http://www.ccr.gov.
