- The Air National Guard is issuing a solicitation for procuring a Mobile Command Center, commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement p roposals are being requested from 100% Small Business and a written solicitation will be issued on or about 1 November 2007. Solicitation W9133L-08-T-0002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will result in a firm fixed-price contract. Award will be made on an all or none basis. Provisions and clauses incorporated in Solicitation W9133L-08-T-0002 are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-04.
