- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W911S2-08-T-0013 is issued as a Request for Quote for multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with subsequent task orders against the master contract. The North American Industry Classification System is 721110 with a business size standard is $6.5 million. This procurement is set-aside for small business. RFQ will be evaluated on availability and price. CLIN 0001 Rooms - single occupancy lodging for varying number of soldiers on an as needed basis for a period of 01 Nov 07 through 31 Oct 12. Note: Federal Government is tax-exempt.
