- Provide Closing Agent Services for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on HUD-owned single-family properties (1-4 units) located in the State of Idaho. HUD intends to award one indefinite quantity-fixed-price purchase order not to exceed $75,000 including all options. Performance is for an initial period of one year with two additional one-year options. Volume is estimated at 200 closings. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) is Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. Quotations from Large Businesses will not be accepted. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541191, Title Abstract and Settlement Offices, and Size Standard is $6.5 million. RFQ: Q8D8AAC0010 will be available for downloading 15 days from published date or about 11/13/2007 on HUD?s web page address at: http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract.cfm. Potential quoters who download copies of solicitation from HUD?s Home Page Contracting Opportunities site will not automatically receive any amendments to the solicitation.
