Description

The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest for secured indoor parking that can provide between 65 to 90 self-park type parking spaces (no valet type parking). The offered space must be located in the Borough of Brooklyn and be located within six (6) blocks of the Building located at 335 Adams Street, Brooklyn, New York. The proposed lease term is negotiable but the preference is for minimum of three (3) years. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received by COB on June 15th will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action, based upon responses to this notice, is solely at the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-JUN-2007).
