- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice for Behavioral Health Providers. The contractor shall furnish adequate supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform all the services contemplated under this contract. The place of performance: Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC), Bavaria Medical Depar tment Activity (BMEDDAC) and USA MEDDAC Heidelberg (USAMH) in Germany. The contractor shall provide the following providers: For LRMC: (3) Child Psychiatrists, (6) Psychiatrists, (1) Child Psychologist, (6) Psychologists, (1) Neuropsychologist, (3) Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, and (4) Psychiatric Nurses. For BMEDDAC: (1) Child Psychiatrist, (2) Psychiatrist, (2) Child Psyc hologists, (4) Psychologists, and (3) Psychiatric Nurses. For USAMH: (1) Psychiatrist, and (2) Psychologists. The anticipated performance period will be a twelve month base year with four twelve month option periods. This acquisition will be solicited a s a Request For Proposal, source selection to be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15. This will be a personal service contract. A firm-fixed price type contract will result from this solicitation. Estimated Request for Proposal Issue Date: mid N ovember 2007. Estimated Proposal Closing Date: mid December 2007. This will be an electronic solicitation release. No hard copies will be mailed. Solicitation, amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be posted to FedBizOpps (http://www.ep s.gov). It is the responsibility of each offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to current information. This acquisition will be conducted using Full and Open competition procedures. In order to be eligible for awa rd, registration in the Central Contractor Registration database is required. To register, please go to http://www.ccr.gov. A Trade-Off evaluation process will be utilized IAW FAR Part 15. This competitive acquisition is unrestricted. This notice re places the pre-solicitation notice posted on 14 Sep 2007 for W9114F-07-R-0054. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration with the CCR may be accomplish usin g their web page www.ccr.gov or by calling (888) 227-2423. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
