Description
The previous amendment stated the Corps would be hosting an Industry Day Forum prior to the issuance of this RFP. That Forum has been cancelled. NOTICE: The Solicitation Package will be posted on Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI). You can access these files from a link located on FedBizOps (www.fbo.gov).This will be an UNRESTRICTED, BEST VALUE, Single Award procurement. All qualified business concerns may submit offers. The work consists of excavation, driving sheet piling, driving timber pilin g, driving steel pipe piling, utility relocations, concrete box culvert construction, asphalt road work and backfilling. The advertisement of this procurement will require a Request for Proposal (RFP) which will require the submission of technical and pri ce proposals that will be evaluated separately. The evaluation criteria may consist of management organization, proposed technical approach/solutions, proposed schedule, technical experience, key personnel qualifications, past performance, previous experi ence with similar types of work, teaming arrangements, overall capability of the firm (labor capacity, financial capacity, bonding capacity), etc. The RFP will provide all necessary details, and state how the Selection Board will evaluate the proposals. NACIS: 237990, FSC: Y299, SIC: 1629. RFP will be issued on or about October 26, 2007. Proposal due date will be 26 November, 2007. Actual time will be shown when the solicitation is issued.
