- This is a Market Survey to obtain a reliable source for a future replenishment contract on the Mast Clamp with a CECOM p/n of C5078226-2 and NSN: 5985-01-211-9834 into our stock for the OA-9054(V) 2/G antenna mast group. The last source for this item is not available. This future buy will include manufacturing the product, inspection, the performance of a FAT (First Article Test), acceptance test, and the provisioning of all necessary standard militarized TMs (Technical Manuals). Detailed drawing package for the manufacture of the C5078226 Mast Clamp is available from the Army along with the existing TM for the OA-9054 antenna mast group (TM 11-5985-368-12&P and TM 11-5985-68034P). Suppliers capable of fu rnishing an equivalent mast clamp must so indicate, by writing to Commander, CECOM LCMC LRC, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-COM-C-DT, Building 1202W, Ft. Monmouth, NJ 07703-5023. The response must include what capabilities the supplier has, such as manufacturing, testing, provisioning of TMs and provide references from previous contracts. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
