- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army-Soldier Systems Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis wit h Chemical Abstracts Services (CAS), 2540 Olentangy River Road, P.O. Box 3012, Columbus, Ohio 43210-0012, to purchase 995 tasks for researchers searching the SciFinder database. CAS has proprietary rights to their database, SciFinder. They created and ma intain the web site and update products. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available.
