- The is notice of the Government's intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract with the Alaska Railroad Corporation, base year plus four options, for automatic signal crossings maintenance of three crossings, owned by Alaska Railroad Corporation, but located at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Govern ment. Information received would normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued. Note 22 applies.
