- Description
- This is a notice of the Government's intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract with Active Gear Co. of Canada Limited, the manufacturer, for the purchase of 113 each Espar Heater kits (consisting of the heater plus a conversion attachment) designed to replace the old Espar Swing Fire Systems in the US Army's water buffaloes for the 1/25th SBCT, Fort Wainwright, Alaska. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract ba sed upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received would normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued. Note 22 applies.
