- Pre-Solicitation Notice: Intent to Sole Source for professional services to prepare for dental accreditation. NAICS Code: 541990. The VA Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre, PA intends to procure on a sole source basis from Partners in Medical Education, Inc., 109 Brush Creek Rd, Irwin, PA 15642, consulting services in support of its preparation for a dental accreditation review. This is a follow on effort to a mock site review done to prepare for accreditation. This procurement will be accomplished using commercial item procedures and conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is for informational purposes only; competitive solicitation documents are not available.
