- This is an open-ended Sources Sought Notice to lease medical building space within 15 square miles of city center, San Angelo, Texas. The project will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price lease contract for 5-10 years. The procurement is unrestricted and based upon full and open competition. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS Code) is 531120. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC Code) is 6512 or X111. Lease may include but is not necessarily limited to: Medical Clinic space between 5,500 and 9,000 square feet. Its' preferred location is close to a medical complex and/or within the city limits of San Angelo. Desirable attributes include: Four (4) Exam Rooms; Two (2) Doctor's Offices; Reception Area; Two (2) additional Office Rooms; Storage Room/Area able to contain supplies, equipment and medical records; Bathroom(s) + a Break Area. Building must comply with all NEPA Life Safety Codes and American Disability Act (ADA) compliant.
