- Description
- The proposed acquisition is 100% Service-Disabled Veteran(s) set-aside. The policies contained in FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items shall be used. The NAICS Code is 811213. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, material, supplies, tools, consumable parts, equipment, transportation, and administration services to maintain the Nationwide Automated Identification System located within the Fourteenth Coast Guard District, which consists of the State of Hawaii and Guam (U.S. Territory). Required services include Planned Maintenance, Inspections, Emergency maintenance of system configurations, Trouble shooting and fault isolation of failed equipment to the line replaceable unit. The performance period for the Base Year shall be on or about 01 January 2008 through 30 September 2008, with one (1) one-year option. All questions relating to this solicitation must be in writing and must be received by the date set in the solicitation. The solicitation will be posted on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) on or about 05 November 2007. Hardcopies of the solicitation are not available. All interested Service-Disabled Veteran must download the solicitation and subsequent Amendments from the EPS. All Amendments to the solicitation will be posted on the EPS. See Numbered Note 1. All responsible Service-Disabled Veteran businesses may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
