- The U.S. Government currently occupies 7,624 rentable square feet of office space located at 900 Western America, Mobile, Alabama 36604-4121, under soon-to-expire lease. The General Services Administration plans to negotiate a succeeding lease at this location based on economic, mission and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors are supportive including all relocation costs. All services, supplies, utilities and required tenant alterations are to be included as part of the rental consideration.
