Description: Request for Information: Subject to final approval, The Department of the Treasury?s Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement with Astoria-Pacific International for a Service Contract on the existing Astoria Flow Analyzer and FASPac operating system.
