- FA8620-08-D-4021 Predator/Reaper Field Service Representative Support: This is a pre-solicitation synopsis. The Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC), Predator Aeronautical Systems Group (658 AESG) intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to L3 Communications to provide Field Service Representative support for OCONUS depot level maintenance support of the 303rd AESW Satellite Complex Predator Primary SATCOM Link inclusive of the Predator Primary Data Link and Tactical Field Terminals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
