- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Victorville, California, intends to make a single award for the provision of an Imam to provide worship services to the inmate population at the Department of Justice, Federal Correctional Complex(FCC) Victorville, 13777 Air Expressway Blvd, Victorville, Ca, 92394. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. Faith-Based and community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotation equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The anticipated date of award will be approximately November 12, 2007, with three one-year option year periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government. This solicitation will be made available on or about October 29, 2007, and will be distributed soley through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at, http://www.fedbizops.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed soley through this site. The anticipated date for receipt of quotations is November 9, 2007; however this is a projected estimate and quoters should refer to Page 1 of the solicitation (block #8) for the actual date quotations are due. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representation and certification via the On-line Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Contractors must submit with their quote, a resume and photocopies of documents evidencing education and training.
