- Solicitation for NSN 5975-01-467-4678, 0016358886, Rail, Guide. The Unit of Issue is PG (package). One PG equals 2 each I/A/W Drawing Number 80063 A3276933-1. DSCR does currently have an approved Technical Data Package available for this NSN. To obtain a copy, please submit requests to DSCR-VABA via the Internet, mail, fax, or phone. Internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd (all lowercase). Mailing address is Defense Supply Center Richmond, ATTN: DSCR-VABA, 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297-5615. Fax number is (804)279-4946. Please do not submit requests to Technical Data to the Acquisition Specialist. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to award a Firm-Fixed priced contract with a 100% Quantity Option. This requirement is restricted to 100% Small Business Set-aside under the negotiated method of procurement. All responsible offerors may submit an offer which will be considered. The Government will award a contract from this RFP to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and past performance considered. Note to Internet Subscribers: Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) and Internet Quoting System (IQS) proposals will not be accepted for this RFP under formal solicitation procedures. However, a copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. FOB Destination to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. QCC: DAB with a 100% Set-asidefor small business. The final contract award decision may be based upokn a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitaiton. Solicitation will be made in writing and will issue on approximately 11/05/07.
