- Solicitation Number, SPM4A6-08-Q-0790, 0016782029, NSN: 9150-00-491-7197,Lubricating Oil, Engine. End item application: Support equipment OV-10 Aircraft, Support equipment C-5 aircraft. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12. This is solicited as Unrestricted and will result in a Firm Fixed Priced Contract under the provisions of FAR 13.5. The purchase request quantity is 370 drums. QPL applies. Unit Drum contains 55 gallons. This is a Critical Application Item (CAI). This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation 23 October 2007.See PID Data for tech data package (TDP) availability information. If table A0648 is cited, the offeror is required to provide complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. The material is in accordance with SPEC NR MIL-PRF-46167D. Basic Amend NR00 dated 04/14/04.MSDS and OSHA hazardous Warning Label are required. QAP 204 applies. The solicitation does not contain progress payments. This is being solicited with FOB at Destination. The Inspection and Acceptance is at Destination. The required delivery is 30 days ARO.
