- Amendment 0001 is issued to respond to the following question received: Question: Can you confirm that the T53-L-703 engine you have for exchange is in running condition? In other words the engine cannot be crashed, over sped, over torque or running hot. The fact that the engine does not have history on the rotating components is not as big a deal to me, but whether or not the engine is in running condition affects how I will quote. Response: The engine is currently fully functioning on wing. There is no time and cycle history for the turbines and compressor. There are no other changes. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-OCT-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
