- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound is soliciting for Inpatient medical coding and coding training services in accordance with specifications to be provided in the solicitation. The medical coding services will be performed onsite at Naval Hospital Yokosuka, and medical coding training will be performed at Branch Medical Clinics. FOB Destination to the following locations: Naval Hospital Yokosuka, Japan, Branch Medical Clinics Atsugi, Sasebo, Iwakuni, Diego Garcia, Fuji, and Yokohama. The solicitation is being issued as a commercial acquisition under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The period of performance will be from 15 September 2006 through 14 September 2007. All offerors are put on notice that in accordance with FAR 5.203(h), the solicitation will have less than a 30-day response time. Written requests may be emailed to patricia.bly@navy.mil. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by FISCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed.
