- Description
- NEGOTIATED REQUIREMENTS CONTRACT FSC 5120 ? MISC TOOLS. 6FLS-N2-080261-REV. The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) Heartland Global Supply Center intends to establish through negotiations a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, two-year requirements type contract for the period of April 1, 2008 or DOA (whichever is later) through March/31/2010 with three one-year options. Requirements are for forty three (43) miscellaneous hand tools in the 5120 Federal Supply Class. These NSN?s are part of GSA?s Stock Program. Estimated quantities and descriptions appear in the solicitation document. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment Clause. All offers are to be FOB destination with delivery of 60 days or less and a minimum of $50.00. Award will be made to the most responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is the best value and most advantageous to the Government.
