This equipment will be used to support The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Psychological Operations (PSYOPS) program. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Emcee Communications is the only one responsible source who can meet the government?s minimum requirements to support the form ,fit, function, and logistical requirements of the established project profile. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However responsible interested parties may submit information in which they identify their interest and capability. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Contracts shall consider all responses received by 3:30 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, October 30, 2007. Responses without a return address, mailing address, and company telephone number will not be recognized. Proprietary data in the responses will be protected where so designated. NOTE: Contractors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR), www.ccr.gov database to be eligible for contract award or payment from any DOD activity. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The government reserves the right to process the procurement as a sole source basis based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received.
