- The North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office intends to award a contract using other than full and open competition procedures to Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation (MTF), Inc. for all tissue allografts under the MTFs price list. Performance p eriod is 1 NOV 2007 - 30 Sep 2008. Performance location is the U.S. Keller Army Community Hospital, West Point, NY 10996. Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above.
