- The proposed procurement is unrestricted with a NAICS code of 561720 with a small business size standard of an average annual receipts of the preceding three fiscal years of not to exceed $15 million, including worldwide affiliates. Provide janitoria l services at U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Spring Valley Resident Office Trailers, Washington, DC, base plus 4 option years. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
